The mayor of Tarragona, Rubén Viñuales, visits IPHES-CERCA
During the visit, he met with the management team of the center and got to know first-hand the different laboratories and research spaces
The mayor of Tarragona, Rubén Viñuales, visited the Catalan Institute of Human Paleoecology and Social Evolution (IPHES-CERCA) this Tuesday accompanied by the third deputy mayor and councilor for Territory, Heritage and Housing, Ignacio García; the director of IPHES-CERCA, Dr. Marina Mosquera and by the head of research at IPHES-CERCA, Dr. Isabel Cáceres.
During the visit, the mayor was able to get to know the different laboratories and research spaces of the IPHES-CERCA as well as the different archaeological research projects that are carried out in the Tarragona region.
A day to strengthen the links between science, heritage and the city, with the commitment to continue working together to highlight the research and heritage of Tarragona.
