Dr. Palmira Saladié participates in "La Veu de Tarragona" to talk about the Mammuthus Space in La Canonja

Dr. Palmira Saladié, co-director of the research project at the Barranc de la Boella site together with Pep Vallverdú, participated this morning in the La Veu de Tarragona program on Tarragona Ràdio, hosted by journalist Josep Suñé. The interview focused on the inauguration of the Espai Mammuthus, which will take place this afternoon in La Canonja.

During her speech, Palmira Saladié reviewed the scientific trajectory of the Barranc de la Boella site, highlighting its importance in the study of the first settlers of Europe and the main milestones achieved so far. She also stressed the informative value of the Espai Mammuthus as a tool to bring prehistoric heritage closer to citizens, with special attention to families and the educational community.

Today's program on La Veu de Tarragona was broadcast in its entirety from the Espai Mammuthus facilities. In addition to Dr. Saladié, several personalities linked to the project have participated, such as the mayor of La Canonja, Roc Muñoz; the councilor for Culture, Science and Knowledge, Salvador Ferré; and the municipal architect, Miquel Orellana, among others.
