Eudald Carbonell and Igor Parra give a conference on the future of Humanity

The event is part of the "Diálogos de especie" cycle organized by CajaViva de Burgos

Eudald Carbonell and Igor Parra have delivered a conference at Espacio CajaViva in Burgos as part of the "Diálogos de especie" cycle on the occasion of the events related to the 25th anniversary of the Fundación Atapuerca.

Both have reflected on several key issues of human evolution and which they have revealed in their new book Teoría de la evolución social humana. Epigénesis and technology for the efficient survival of humanity (Almuzara, 2024).

Organized in Fundación Atapuerca collaboration with the University of Burgos and Cajaviva - Fundación Caja Rural, the cycle will address topics ranging from the processes of technological change in humanity to the interactions between evolution and climate. The talks are designed for a broad audience, with the aim of encouraging debate about the past and future of our species.
