Evoluciona, la investigació sobre l'evolució humana, amb l'IPHES-CERCA i Tarragona Ràdio
Tarragona Ràdio opens a series of special episodes of the Evoluciona program dedicated to the sites of the Sierra de Atapuerca.
In this first chapter, journalist Josep Suñé interviews Dra. Palmira Saladié and Dr. Andreu Ollé, researchers at IPHES-CERCA, both responsible for the excavation work at the Gran Dolina site, in Atapuerca. With them, we talk about the 30 years since the discovery of the first remains of Homo antecessor and the importance, after all these years, of being able to excavate again, this time in extension, level TD6. Also involved are Dr. Eudald Carbonell and Dr. José María Bermúdez de Castro, co-directors of the Atapuerca project.
