The engravings of Cova de la Vila de la Febró in the program Evoluciona de Tarragona Ràdio and IPHES

Evoluciona, la investigació sobre l'evolució humana, amb l'IPHES - Tarragona Ràdio

In this Evoluciona we talked about the discovery of a cave with unpublished prehistoric engravings in Febró (Baix Camp, Tarragona). We do this by talking to those responsible for the research project Josep Vallverdú, Antonio Rodríguez-Hidalgo and Diego Lombao, researchers from the IPHES-CERCA / URV / USC and the prehistoric rock art expert Ramon Viñas.

The underground complex of La Cova de la Vila preserves one of the most important sets of post-paleolithic art in the Mediterranean Arc. The set is made up of more than a hundred engravings that experts associate with the funerary world during the neolithization process
