In this presentation, Dr. Maria Fernanda Martínez Polanco, currently with a Margarita Salas (URV) postdoctoral fellowship, presents us with the results of her doctoral thesis focused on the study of the diet of an extinct species of dwarf deer from Playa Don Bernardo from of various techniques, such as the isotopic study of enamel and bone, and the study of dental microwear, and compares these results with those of deer that currently live in this environment.
