The Atapuerca podcast premieres its fifth episode: The house where the past lives
The Atapuerca podcast, promoted by the Museum of Human Evolution in Burgos and the Regional Government of Castile and León, continues to explore the past, present, and future of the Atapuerca scientific project with the release of its fifth chapter.
This new episode, titled "The house where the past lives," invites listeners to step inside the Museum of Human Evolution, the space conceived by Juan Luis Arsuaga, Eudald Carbonell, and José María Bermúdez de Castro to bring human evolution closer to society.
A sonic journey through the museum
The chapter proposes a tour through this iconic facility, understood as the "home" where humanity's past resides. Through the voices of its protagonists, listeners discover both the museographic project and its scientific and cultural value.
The episode also focuses on the museum's architecture, designed by Juan Navarro Baldeweg, who guides this sonic journey and shares his vision of a building designed to connect light, space, and knowledge.
The voices of the project
Silvia Manzanal, Rodrigo Alonso, Antonio Mencía, Juan Navarro Baldeweg, David García Asenjo, Juan Luis Arsuaga, and Emiliano Aguirre participate, offering a diverse perspective on the creation and significance of the museum.
With the slogan "Their voices will accompany you on this journey from the origin towards the future," the series continues to offer an immersive sonic experience that allows listeners to learn, from the inside, about one of the most relevant scientific projects in the world.
