The Atapuerca podcast, promoted by the Museum of Human Evolution in Burgos and the Regional Government of Castile and León, and created by journalist and screenwriter Raquel Martos, continues its journey through the past, present, and future of the Atapuerca scientific project with the premiere of the series' fourth chapter.

This new episode, titled "The Puzzle Pieces" ("Las piezas del puzle"), invites listeners to keep exploring the history of research in the Sierra de Atapuerca through discoveries that have helped answer some of the big questions about human evolution. Throughout the chapter, the narrative revisits various scientific moments and revelations that have defined the project, ranging from expected answers to surprising finds.

Among other stories, the episode explores the history of a photograph, a fossilized love, and the far side of the moon—pieces that help complete the great scientific puzzle of Atapuerca.

Under the motto "Their voices will accompany you on this journey from the origin to the future," the series offers an auditory look at the project through narration and the voices of those who have helped build its history.

The fourth chapter is now available on all major audio platforms.
