The Inspira-STEAM-Tarragona project

In this seminar Dra. Cristina Urbina (URV), presents the Inspira-STEAM-Tarragona project, from when she is its coordinator, and provides data on the presence of women at the different stages of the research career and the self-perception of boys and girls. The Inspira STEAM program, promoted by the University of Deusto, is a project to promote scientific vocations, especially in girls. IPHES has been participating in the program, through different researchers who provide mentorships, since 2020.
